This curriculum is honestly such a breath of fresh air. I'm done struggling with health resources that feel dated, clunky, and just plain boring. What I love most is how authentic it feels. Great Resource

I've been in the classroom teaching Sports Medicine the past 7 years after teaching 6 years of PE prior. I did not want to reinvent the wheel and middle school PE was the only level of PE I had not previously taught. This bundle has been extremely helpful in providing lead up activities and practice, along with games I'd never seen that are developmentally appropriate for MS.

Activities such as role-playing and group discussions foster a safe environment for open dialogue, allowing students to connect on a deeper level.
