This curriculum is honestly such a breath of fresh air. I'm done struggling with health resources that feel dated, clunky, and just plain boring.
What I love most is how authentic it feels. It doesn't talk down to students; it meets them exactly where they are with modern, real-world scenarios that actually matter to them. The design is absolutely beautiful. It’s clean, professional, and visually engaging, which makes a huge difference when I'm trying to keep a classroom’s attention. It feels like a high-end, living system rather than just another dusty textbook and it turns health class into a journey that students actually want to go on.

Finally curriculum that makes sense! Thorough, thoughtful, intuitive, with a beautiful layout. Easy to work from, and for me, the section on addiction is well worth the purchase alone. Highly recommend.
Clear, Easy to Understand, and FUN
This is my first experience using a HET curriculum, and I'm genuinely impressed. The course is thoughtfully designed with clear organization and and easy-to-follow layout, making the content highly accessible.
Health can often be a challenging subject to both learn and teach, but this curriculum presents it in a way that is engaging and manageable for everyone involved. It creates an enjoyable experience for both instructors and students alike.

Great Resource
I've been in the classroom teaching Sports Medicine the past 7 years after teaching 6 years of PE prior. I did not want to reinvent the wheel and middle school PE was the only level of PE I had not previously taught. This bundle has been extremely helpful in providing lead up activities and practice, along with games I'd never seen that are developmentally appropriate for MS.

I recently had the opportunity to explore the "Empathy Lessons for High School" unit, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! This social-emotional learning health unit is incredibly well-crafted, providing students with essential tools to understand and develop empathy in today’s diverse world.
The lessons are engaging and relevant, encouraging students to reflect on their own experiences while also considering the perspectives of others. Activities such as role-playing and group discussions foster a safe environment for open dialogue, allowing students to connect on a deeper level.

I absolutely loved this resource! My students loved it and were engaged the whole time! I love the way it is set up, makes it very easy to follow and understand with little to no prep.
