Terms regarding your digital curriculum deployment.
- Digital IP & Final Sales: Due to the digital nature of the Health Education Today curriculum and the immediate transfer of intellectual property, all Individual Educator Licenses, Enterprise Site Licenses and digital purchases are final. Once your secure Master Deployment Kit and/or digital download has been provisioned and the files have been delivered to your designated institutional contact and/or account/email, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or cancellations.
- Our Deployment Guarantee: While all licensing sales are final, your successful rollout is our top priority. If your or your IT department experiences any technical issues with the digital integration, or if your administration encounters any difficulties provisioning the files to your educators, our enterprise support team is here to assist you immediately. We strictly guarantee the integrity of our master files. If any file is corrupted, requires formatting adjustments for your specific digital, or needs technical troubleshooting, we will provide direct support to ensure your curriculum is 100% operational.
