The included curriculum series, titled Yoga with Marcus, is designed to empower Physical Education and Classroom teachers to incorporate yoga activities and breaks into their routines.
This program provides students with a valuable opportunity to pause, refocus, and recharge both mentally and physically. It emphasizes mindfulness, helping to reduce stress and anxiety while enhancing concentration and emotional regulation. Through gentle movements and breathing exercises, the curriculum supports flexibility, posture, and overall physical health, fostering greater comfort and engagement in the learning environment.
By integrating yoga into the school day, educators equip students with practical tools to manage stress and build lifelong habits that promote well-being and academic success.
Each video is approximately 10 minutes long and focuses on a specific theme. Students are encouraged to close their eyes during the breathing exercises if they wish; however, we have also included photos for them to observe, which align with the breathing instructions.

This curriculum is honestly such a breath of fresh air. I'm done struggling with health resources that feel dated, clunky, and just plain boring.
What I love most is how authentic it feels. It doesn't talk down to students; it meets them exactly where they are with modern, real-world scenarios that actually matter to them. The design is absolutely beautiful. It’s clean, professional, and visually engaging, which makes a huge difference when I'm trying to keep a classroom’s attention. Great Resource
I've been in the classroom teaching Sports Medicine the past 7 years after teaching 6 years of PE prior. I did not want to reinvent the wheel and middle school PE was the only level of PE I had not previously taught. This bundle has been extremely helpful in providing lead up activities and practice, along with games I'd never seen that are developmentally appropriate for MS.

I recently had the opportunity to explore the "Empathy Lessons for High School" unit, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! This social-emotional learning health unit is incredibly well-crafted, providing students with essential tools to understand and develop empathy in today’s diverse world.
The lessons are engaging and relevant, encouraging students to reflect on their own experiences while also considering the perspectives of others. Activities such as role-playing and group discussions foster a safe environment for open dialogue, allowing students to connect on a deeper level.
