2. Next they will do the “Mental Health Doodle Notes” as a follow-up to the worksheet.
3. It’s doodle art along with some thoughtful listing! Students will fill in the blanks and then use colors and patterns to fill in the shapes.
4. Topics Include:
- relieving stress
- future goals
- coming out of your shell
- getting help for depression
- practice saying "I can!"
- how to relax and be restful!
