This is a Google Forms escape room for teachers of any subject to help students learn more about the important topic of depression, and learn ways to seek help if needed. (To be fair, it's actually more of a "decipher the symbols and message" than an "escape!")
As students answer questions on depression facts correctly, they get symbols that will spell an important message at the end of the activity!

- The main article is a great website with several other links throughout the article if you want to use it as a follow-up with your students!
- This article also ends with a link in the “Next Steps” section to a good online survey to help students determine if they may need help for depression. The survey is also available in Spanish.
